In order to help employees relax their mind and enhance team cohesion, BSAZ hold a team building activity themed as “Back to School” at ZhuangtangLingjiaqiao Primary School on May 26, 2016.

At 13 o’clock in the afternoon, all staff, divided into four teams, gathered in the school auditorium.The four teams competed in a lot of games and races, including taking photos in specified locations, happy circle, speaking conversely, balloon contest, board relay, guess the song and so on. The whole afternoon, laughter and delights spread into every corner of the auditorium. It was at 17:30 when the race came to its end. R&D Team obtained the highest scores and won the first place.

Good team building is beneficial to company management as well as company culture. BSAZ always endeavors to create a sense of mission and belonging for employees. This team building activity enriched employees’ amateur life and built up collaborative competence among colleagues.
