The awarding ceremony of “West Lake Friendship Award” for foreign experts in Zhejiang was solemnly held at Zhejiang Great Hall of the People on November 10, 2015. Government leaders and officials including Mr. Xiong Jianping, Deputy Governor of Zhejiang Province, and Mr. Wu Shunjiang, Director of Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Human Resources and Social Security, attended the ceremony.

The awarding ceremony was held by Mr. Wu Shunjiang and altogether 30 foreign experts won the West Lake Friendship Award. Prof. Eckert Heiner, BSAZ’s foreign expert from Germany, was among the awardees. The medal and certificate was presented by Mr. Xiong Jianping in person.

Meanwhile, Prof. Eckert Heiner won unanimous approval from governments, company representatives and media. All the participants enjoyed a warm and solemn atmosphere.
