A team building activity themed as BSAZ Amazing Race was organized on September 24, 2015, aiming at carrying forward company culture, enhancing communications among colleagues and improving teamwork abilities. The activity was held in Hanghzou’s famous scenic spot of sweet scented osmanthus—Manjuelong, and all BSAZ staff participated this activity.  

At 9 o’clock in the morning, all staff headed for Manjuelong by car and met in a teahouse. Then six teams of six members were formed and the exciting game began! The whole race was held around the mountain. Five barriers were set with different little games, toss and catch of pingpang, memorizing poker cards, charades, kicking shuttlecock and picking up marbles by chopsticks. The team who won the little game would get the map for the next destination. All six teams competed together and each well-designed game needed teamwork. Everyone could feel teamwork spirit in whole race process.   

It was nearly at noon when the race came to its end. The Orange Team first arrived at the final destination—the teahouse and won the first place of the race. When all teams arrived, lunch started. After lunch was leisure teatime. The activity lasted until 3 o’clock in the afternoon. 

Corporate culture is the soul of a company and meanwhile an inexhaustible motive force that promotes the company’s development. In this team building activity, while enjoying the sweet scent in the mountain, everyone enhanced friendship with other colleagues by playing tense little games. The activity has not only developed a bond of sympathy between teams, but also added a beautiful color to the construction of corporate culture.
