On March 21, 2015, a "REVIEW·VISION" themed annual conference of BSAZ was held in the multi-function hall, Floor 5 of Zhuantang Base, with all BSAZers’ attendance. The conference reviewed work and achievements of all divisions and sections in 2014, looked forward to the bright prospects in 2015, and celebrated the second anniversary of the company.

At 9 in the morning, the conference began as our president Dr. Wang Zheming’s opening speech and introduction of the company leaders present. Then Xu Dongming, Deputy Director of Quality Assurance Division, Zhong Yi, Head of Security Division, Dr. Yang Yewei, Head of Customer Order Division, Industry Center, Prof. Heiner Eckert, Director of Industrial Center, Prof. Guo Weiqiang, Deputy Director of R&D Center, and He Liang, Executive Vice President, made summary reports in turn about their respective divisions in 2014. Finally, Dr. Wang Zheming made an overall summary report of the previous year.

After the reports, the conference preceded to the last item on the agenda----the awarding ceremony of “2014 Outstanding Employee”. The nominees were Liu Feiteng, Qiu Zaijie, Liu Shen, Wang Jie, Fang Lei and Su Bixin, and the winners were Wang Jie and Su Bixin. Dr. Wang Zheming officiate the awarding ceremony in person and presented the awards and medals to the winners and nominees.

The conference ended in joys and happiness. In the past 2014, the company rules and regulations had been improved gradually, numbers of employees were increasing continuously, professional teams were formed progressively and company business was growing steadily. All those achievements could not have happened without the company's management team and all staff members’ hard work and efforts. Looking ahead to 2015, with gratefulness to the company’s cultivation and concerns, we will hold together, strive together for a better performance, and grow together with BSAZ!
