BSAZ firmly believe that in the emerging and complex field of synthetic biology, achieving breakthrough innovation by working in isolation is challenging. Therefore, our management system actively advocates for and practices strategies of open innovation and ecosystem integration. We have established an extensive industry-academia-research collaboration network, conducting frontier research with top global universities and research institutions to rapidly translate the latest scientific discoveries into practical applications. Concurrently, we forge strategic alliances with upstream and downstream partners in the industry chain (such as bioreagent suppliers, automation equipment manufacturers, and downstream application enterprises) to jointly develop customized solutions, achieving resource complementarity and co-creation of value. In terms of business expansion, we actively seek cooperation with venture capital institutions and government funds to provide ample financial support for innovative projects. We are also committed to building an open innovation platform, encouraging external developers and startups to participate in our ecosystem, jointly exploring the infinite possibilities of synthetic biology. Through this open and win-win model, we not only accelerate our own technological innovation and market expansion but also contribute significantly to the prosperous development of the entire synthetic biology industry.
BSAZ lays high emphasis on the control of working environment, storage environment and producing environment. It has created a clean, tidy and well-ventilated working environment, with all the equipments being placed orderly. Trashes, wastes, waste liquids in production are handed with timely according to responsibility classification. Besides, BSAZ is always a pioneer team in energy conservation, advocating low-carbon life and work styles. Our BSAZ volunteers are active members of environmental protection activities in the communities where they live and work. Everyone shows his/her support to BSAZ’s theory of “Green Chemistry” by actions.
